Firebreak has announced the launch of the Wales Achievement Awards. Formerly the Golden Flame Awards, they will recognise and reward fire safety projects throughout Wales. Firebreak told FIRE that the awards represent an opportunity to showcase individual and group contribution to fire safety and receive recognition not only for the project but also for the people involved.
There are four award categories. Applications are called for in the following areas: Community, Education, Business, Arson Reduction. Visit: www.firebrake.org
