Fleet safety practitioners from award-winning companies will be sharing their road risk management secrets at the Fleet Safety Forum's 9th annual conference on Tuesday 28th February 2012. The Best of the Best conference, run by Brake, the road safety charity, showcases innovative and effective policies and programmes to tackle work-related road crashes.

Fleet managers are being urged to attend the conference, sponsored by Aviva, which takes place at Cranmore Park in Birmingham.  Speakers from a range of organisations who are leading the field in work-related road safety will outline their road risk management programmes, successes and plans for the future. Fleet practitioners have been selected to speak at the conference following recognition of their achievements at the prestigious Fleet Safety Forum Awards for Excellence, which took place in June 2011.

The Fleet Safety Forum Awards for Excellence 2012 are open for entries, and organisations that have worked to improve fleet safety can enter before the deadline of Friday 16th March 2012. The Awards will be presented at a gala dinner in Birmingham on Thursday 14th June 2012. A variety of categories are available and for the first time, entries can be submitted online via www.fleetsafetyforum.org.
