Topics include ESN, control rooms, future technology, as well as lessons learned from recent, high-profile public safety incidents.
The scope might be wide, but all sessions at the conference will have one thing in common. That is, a focus on providing practical, effectiveness-boosting advice, which visitors can take away and use in their day-to-day business.
