gatwicktrainAlthough major incidents involving Railways in the United Kingdom are rare, the design of fire safe railways remains a critical issue and so IFE London is holding a free CPD seminar for London Branch membership on 4 June at London’s Living Room, City Hall.

Rail incidents place significant demands on local Fire and Rescue Services and often require resources and support from other Fire and Rescue Services and emergency responders.

When considering fire safety design, engineering and management within the rail sector there a many complex challenges to overcome.

The event will see seminars from TfL's Tony Cash and LFB fire engineering expert John Dowsett. The full agenda is as follows:
