Infographics has launched its new FireWatch product website – with a focus on interactivity, augmented reality video clips and real-life fire and rescue service clients.

Working closely with a leading Edinburgh-based agency, the new-look www.firewatch.co.uk site is packed with interactive content and live video footage, illustrating the transformational impact of FireWatch.

It explains in a fresh way, through the eyes of the customers, how FireWatch specialist FRS software can transform the way fire and rescue management and users run their teams and processes.

Role-based video scenarios and client case study snippets demonstrate the product’s positive impact across senior management, human resources, availability, intelligent response, training and development, prevention and protection, hydrants, assets and fleet, health and safety, and workforce self-service.

Russell Wood, Infographics’ Commercial Manager, said: “We set out to create a modern, interactive site that matches the recent investment and transformation of our products and user experience with our new platform release. The new site now leads the market in using augmented video and data to highlight the business transformation opportunities from the perspective of customers and the various roles and teams involved across a Fire Service.

“We had amazing support from our customers to enable us to make such a success of the project, for which we are extremely grateful – with special thanks going to Mid and West Wales FRS, with whom we spent two days filming on site.

Linked website projects for Infographics’ corporate brand and FloSuite product brand will soon follow, with completion due in early 2019.
