Firefighting teams are invited to take part in the 4th National BA Challenge, sponsored by Draeger and taking place at the Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh on 14th and 15th October, 2011.

The winners of the competition will have shown their technical skills and dexterity as well as knowledge and experience. For the first time, the two-day event will also include an individual obstacle course with a difference in the form of the new Draeger Fun Run. 

Firefighters taking part in the BA Challenge will compete against the best teams in the UK and be tested against stringent and nationally recognised standards. Individual efforts within the teams will be rewarded with new prizes for Best Incident Commander, Best Entry Control Officer and Best Pump/Fireground Operator. 

As well as the chance to compete as a team in the BA competition, individuals can also join the Draeger Fun Run. Everyone taking part will receive a Draeger National BA Challenge T-shirt and, in addition, the winner will receive £1,000 for donation to a charity of his or her choice.
